Respirable Air Distribution Manifold - air control, monitoring and distribution part no. CD03 (NSN: 4240-01-318-7466)
The respirable air distribution manifold (radman) permits simultaneous use of up to four air supplied breathing devices which may all have differing supply pressure requirements. This feature allows simultaneous use of mixed hose lengths and/or the concurrent use of hoods and respirators.
Several features are incorporated in order to ensure compliance with safety standards and improve performance. These features include a stainless steel case for contamination holdout, audio and strobe alarm for indication of low pressure supply, a separate lockable regulator and gage for each of 4 outlets, a five micron air filter/water separator and over-pressure relief protection. Optional safety features include a carbon monoxide monitor which will provide audio indication of dangerous carbon monoxide levels and an external high efficiency HEPA inlet filter.
The respirable air distribution manifold is the industry choice for any application involving supplied air respiratory devices.
A portable multi-port respirable air distribution manifold with the following attributes:
1. Sealed, stainless steel, case with full-length handle.
2. Low pressure warning system incorporating a low pressure switch, battery, strobe light, and audio alarm.
3. 5-Micron inlet filter with automatic water separator.
4. Four individually regulated respirator supply ports. Regulators to be lockable after adjustment. each supply port to have individual pressure indication.
5. Inlet pressure supply gage 0 to 160 PSI
6. Push button on-off switch with led visual indication for alarm system.
7. Battery test terminals with banana plug adapter.
8. Utility port for air sampling/optional co monitor.
9. Outside nominal dimensions of: 20" long x 19.5" high x 7" wide.
