The AG02 1000 CFM Carbon Adsorber Bed (HEGA), 1/8 Second Residence Time.
The AG02 Carbon Bed is a nuclear grade carbon adsorber for use in RPS Model PFC-1000(SP),
P/N FM24 HEPA/Carbon unit. The AG02 is rated at 1,000 CFM flow with a residence time of 1/8 second.
The 304 stainless steel frame measures approximately 16” long x 24” x 24” and has a gasket seal on each end. Pressure drop is about 1” wg.
The carbon is nuclear grade 8x16 mesh and is impregnated with TEDA to improve retention of
radio-iodines. Unit meets US NRC Reg,. Guide 1.52 and ANSI/ASME N509.
AG02 is used with RPS models:
· PFC(H)-500, P/N FM19
· PFC-500, P/N FM23
· PFC-1000, P/N FM25
