FM40 145 CFM HEPA Unit 99.97% Efficient @ 0.3 Microns
The SP-125A HEPA filtration unit is a small hand-transportable tool for contamination control. Suitable for use in tight quarters, it is perfect for spot ventilation, welding, torus work, glovebag and glove box air cleaning. The optional carbon prefilter is useful for fume or vapor control where those elements are of concern. The stainless steel cylindrical design facilitates cleaning and increases the durability of the unit.
A hand portable filter/blower unit providing high efficiency particulate air filtration with the following attributes:
1. A cylindrical stainless steel case 12.5" diameter x 23" long with integral motor/blower housing and a carrying handle on the balance point.
2. A 3250 rpm 115 VAC, 2.3 amp single phase motor (nominal 1/5 horsepower). Push-button on-off switch and a 8' service cable.
3. Direct drive blower rated at 145 CFM @ 1" static pressure water gauge (sp.wg.) and 80 CFM @ 3" sp.wg.
4. Single, stainless steel inlet for 6" flex duct with roll bead.
5. Magnahelic gauge, 0-10" sp.wg.
6. HEPA filter, cylindrical, metal framed, 12" dia. x 7" long. Rated 118 CFM @ 1.0" water gauge, 99.97% efficient for 0.3 micron particles. DOP tested at 100% and 20% of rated flow.
7. Prefilter, 2" thick multi-density polyester, 12" Dia.
